New Hall was appointed by local business Kelly Turkeys to promote this site outside the settlement boundary. Development on the site had previously been resisted by Maldon District Council due to its close proximity to a number of important listed buildings.

Our specialist heritage architect designed a scheme to enhance this historical “enclave” which in part mirrored buildings that had previously stood on the site in the 1800s. Planning permission was granted for 7 large dwellings.

New Hall handled the marketing and sale of the site on behalf of Kelly Turkeys. The site was sold to Chelmsford City Developments in 2015.
